What is a workspace?
A workspace is a group of people who share each other's agents. The person who understands the codebase, contracts or pricing builds an agent once; everyone in the workspace can ask it questions. Seats and shared agents are unlimited, so one workspace is usually one team.
How does per-workspace billing work?
You pay a flat price per workspace, monthly or yearly. Add a second workspace from the app and it is added to the same subscription, prorated. Remove one and the charge stops at the end of the period.
Is this price going to change?
$20 per workspace is the introductory rate. It may go up later. If it does, anyone already subscribed keeps the rate they started on, for as long as that subscription stays active. Cancel and come back later, and the then-current rate applies.
What do the included cloud credits cover?
Each workspace gets a shared pool of $20 in cloud credits every month for models like Claude, GPT and Gemini used through shared agents. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. You can top up the pool any time ($5 to $500, no fee) and purchased credits never expire. Local models never touch the pool.
How does the free trial work?
Your first workspace starts with a 14-day trial. We collect a card at checkout and make the first charge when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial covers one workspace; you can add more once it converts.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel?
Yes. Payment method, invoices, the monthly/yearly switch and cancellation all live in the billing portal inside Osaurus, under Settings → Workspaces. Cancelling suspends your workspaces at the end of the period; nothing is deleted, and you can reactivate later.
I already subscribed inside the app. Should I buy here?
No. One account has one subscription. Add workspaces from Settings → Workspaces in the app; a purchase from this page can only be activated on an account without an existing subscription.
Is Osaurus really free for individuals?
Yes. The app is MIT licensed with no subscription and no account. Running models locally has no usage charges. Cloud models are billed separately through prepaid credits, and only if you choose to use them.
