Osaurus is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use it at your own risk.

No data collection

Osaurus does not collect any personal data, usage data, or telemetry. All data generated by your use of Osaurus stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Use of the service

By using Osaurus, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others. You are responsible for any content generated through your use of the software and for your choice of AI model providers.

Third-party services

Osaurus may connect to third-party AI model providers at your direction. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Osaurus, Inc. is not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Osaurus after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. All changes are made publicly on GitHub.
